THE POSITION
This position’s key responsibilities include :
Greets and assists donors at the donation trailer. Offers donors a tax receipt.
Delivers excellent customer service and ensures our donors have a great experience with our donation process.
Collects, sorts, and organizes donations according to Company policies and procedures.
Maintains a clean and safe drive-thru according to established Company standards.
Assists other departments within the Company when needed.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS (The stuff you must have)
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Ability to make decisions regarding the quality of items.
Is reliable and consistently comes to work on time and as scheduled.
Must be able to lift, exert, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently and / or up to 20 pounds constantly with no support.
If hired as the full-time employee for this position, you would be required to attend a full-day orientation at our Administration Office location in Buffalo.
