What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Commerce Product Lister position at Goodwill of Western New York?
THE POSITION
This position’s key responsibilities include :
Accepts donations and prepares them for sale on the E-Commerce worksite. Ensures attainment of sales and listing quotas for the E-Commerce department by achieving daily listing production goals.
Keeps current with guidelines for merchandise including knowledge of brand names, current fashions, and collectible items to facilitate identification of right product.
Responsible for ensuring the quality of listed items is consistent with the written description and merchandise flows through all processing channels with appropriate controls to ensure inventory management guidelines.
Ensures all assigned work areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS (The stuff you must have)
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Knowledge of basic computer operations or capability of acquiring these skills to input production data and to obtain access to the Internet for pricing information, consumer recall information.
Attention to detail and diligence to meet daily production goals.
Familiarity with photography equipment and / or jewelry and collectibles is helpful.
Must be able to lift, exert, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently and / or up to 20 pounds constantly with no support.
NON-REQUIREMENTS (this means Bonus Points if you have them)
Experience in a retail setting preferred. Some personal knowledge of item values is critical.
COMPENSATION :
Goodwill regularly evaluates our compensation and benefits packages to ensure we remain competitive. Starting pay will be based on candidates experience, skill and education.
The pay range for the position is $16 - $17 / hour.
