Job Summary
Work within the E-Commerce team to fulfill production requirements in the collectibles area.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Post products on ShopGoodwill, eBay and Amazon while meeting production quotas
- Accurately describe items listed online with photographs and written descriptions
- Assist with packaging items for shipment safely and efficiently
- Assist customers in a courteous, professional and helpful manner
- Assist with training and mentoring E-Commerce staff
- Operate equipment and software in the listing and shipment of product
- Organize and stock items, maintain inventory counts as needed
- Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position
- Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants

Education And/Or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Ability to type 40-50 wpm preferred.
- Knowledge of collectibles including jewelry, antiques, books, etc.
- Previous experience in secondhand markets preferred.
- Must have computer skills including knowledge of word processing programs, how to use email and internet software.

- Dependable and reliable. Able to follow through tasks to completion and meet deadlines.
