Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers upon entering the store.
- Bag merchandise, answer phone calls with a professional Goodwill greeting, and handle store returns accurately.
- Ensure timely receipt, stocking, tagging, counting, and inventorying of merchandise.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks from the distribution center.
- Stock and merchandise textiles, electronics, furniture, housewares, exercise equipment, and other hard goods while maintaining their safety and compliance with recall lists.
- Perform general housekeeping, custodial, and janitorial duties as scheduled and assigned.
- Complete all tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Fundamental reading, writing, and mathematical skills are essential for success.
- Prior retail experience is highly preferred.
