The Quality Control Specialist for Goodwill Southeast Georgia ensures custodial contracts meet customer specifications and requirements, delivering consistent, high-performance cleaning services on an ongoing basis.

Your Typical Day:
- Conduct quality audits and inspections based on established specifications.
- Collaborate with Contract Management to report discrepancies or deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate reports, records, and quality control files to ensure safe and efficient contract performance.
- Assist in defining and implementing effective work methods and procedures to maximize time and resource utilization.
- Address and resolve service issues by interacting with contract customers
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years of consecutive employment in a quality control role with similar responsibilities in the past 5 years.
- Proficient computer skills, including the use of spreadsheets and word processing software.
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License and eligibility for company insurance.
- Ability to pass a Georgia Department of Motor Vehicle driving record check.
- Capable of meeting all required government security clearances.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other hours as required.
