The Print Shop Associate completes printing projects from basic business cards to large-scale window graphics.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Loads media into various print machines and carries out the production of projects from print to finishing
Assists with delivery or installation, as needed.
Operates equipment such as digital printers, large-format printers, laminators, cutters, punchers, heat presses, DTG printers, and at times, works with ladders and scaffolds.
Uses computer programs (ex. Adobe Creative Suite) to create, review, and format print proofs.
Meets production deadlines as outlined by the Print Shop Manager.
Education & Experience
2-5 Years of experience in digital printing environment.
Graphics installation experience preferred.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
Possesses a valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance.
This position may require some travel.
Shift flexibility and overtime when needed.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Spanish / English bilingual preferred.
Must have intermediate knowledge of computer programs in a Windows environment, including Word, Excel and E-mail.
