Sign & Graphics Production Specialist

The Sign & Graphics Production Specialist executes high-quality signage and graphics production. Ensures the accurate assembly, printing, and finishing of large-scale graphic projects while maintaining quality control and efficiency.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and produce various types of signage using a wide range of print materials and substrates, including vehicle graphics. Load media, operate and manage large-format printing into various print machines. Carry out production from print to finishing. Assemble precise and carefully crafted large-scale graphic products. Ensure timely response to client requests to guarantee customer satisfaction. Oversee order tracking and maintain materials inventory efficiently. Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of equipment to uphold proper functioning. Assist with delivery or installation, as needed. Use computer programs (ex. Adobe Creative Suite, Onyx, Fiery ) to create, review, and format print proofs. Meet production deadlines as outlined by the Print Shop Manager. This position requires travel <25% of the time.  A valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance are necessary.  Driving record must be acceptable to company’s vendor.   Education & Experience       2-5 years of experience in a printing production environment, specifically in signage and graphics production required. Graphics installation experience preferred. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred. Possesses a valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance. Shift flexibility and overtime when needed. Ability to handle confidential information.  Ability to work with minimal supervision. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Spanish / English bilingual preferred. Must have intermediate knowledge of computer programs in a Windows environment, including Word, Excel, and Email. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and print shop programs such as FIERY Command Station and ONYX Rip Software. 8-Panel Drug Screen, Background Check, Employment Verification, Live Scan and MVR required.
