With an established salary range of $70,000-$110,000, this is a direct hire opportunity. *Please Note: Pay is determined by our client and is dependent on level of experience, education, certifications, and other qualifying factors.
Full-Time; Monday-Friday; 7:00AM – 3:30PM
*On call - including weekends!

As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for all preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery and production equipment. This includes routine facility maintenance and project management for installations and renovations related to facilities and production machinery.
Additional duties include and are not limited to the following:
- Oversee and lead a team of 2 maintenance technicians
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machinery as incidents occur
- Maintain maintenance logs, documenting all actions for each piece of equipment
- Maintain tool room to ensure availability of tools, equipment, and supplies needed to perform maintenance functions
- Perform routine facility maintenance
- Maintain maintenance library of equipment manuals, drawings, and facility mechanicals
- Implement improvements related to parts, machinery, processes, quality, and safety
- Purchase and research production equipment, coordinating the purchase, delivery, and installation for both in house and outside customers/OEM suppliers
- Pick up parts and supplies off site as needed.
- Schedule facility inspections related to fire systems, backflow, and utilities
- Maintain inspection records
- Obtain price quotes and negotiate pricing from vendors for renovation and facility related projects, coordinating services and creating purchase order requests
- Oversee and supervise projects/subcontractors performing repairs on equipment and facility
- Other duties as assigned related to maintenance
LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, preventative maintenance, and facility maintenance
- Knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, PLC, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing
- Knowledge of lock out tag out procedures
- Background in machine control systems, relay logic, PLC logic, HMI interfaces, and motor drives
- Ability to read machine schematics, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and troubleshooting manuals
- Ability to use precision measuring tools
- Previous experience with gas fired industrial ovens, thermal oxidizers, static control systems, conveyance systems, and LFL systems is a plus!
- Must be able to operate a forklift and perform physical actions such as bending and climbing ladders
- Previous experience in supervising and leading a team
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in contract negotiations, vetting vendors, obtaining price quotes, and overseeing projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD
- Ability to travel off-site and out of state as needed
- Valid driver's license
