What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Production position at Goodwill West Texas?
Responsible for maintaining DSU production flow and meeting or exceeding production goals. Maintain a safe and clean work site and promote guidelines and processes. Works with DSU manager in supervising and providing training opportunities to employees.
• 6 months supervisory experience required
