POSITION SUMMARY:
Maintains, manages and facilitates Goodwill-West Texas’ Learning Management process and database. Monitors assignment of training as well as successful completion of training and tasks. Communicates with supervisors to ensure employees’ successful completion of training. Works closely with Learning Management System (LMS) vendor to set up and maintain training curriculums and data. Provides ongoing reporting to Sr. Human Resource Director.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
· High School/GED required
· Valid TX driver license and good driving record required
· Experience with computer programs required (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, client database, etc.) required
· Some College preferred
· 1 yr experience in a human resource or training environment preferred
QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFIC SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information
· Ability to positively interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
· Ability to successfully navigate data-driven web-based applications and software
· Ability to operate a variety of computer software applications such as Microsoft, Excel, Office 365, applicable databases, etc.
· Ability to manage time appropriately
· Regular attendance and ability to work required schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

· Maintain, test and troubleshoot Goodwill LMS. (E)
· Ensure candidates, employees and supervisors are able to navigate the LMS smoothly and timely. Troubleshoot with individuals as needed. (E)
· Monitor employee training tasks for completion. Ensure appropriate training modules are assigned to positions. (E)
· Communicate with supervisors to ensure employees successfully complete training tasks. (E)
· Coordinate with HR Specialist to ensure assigned training tasks are successfully completed by each employee. (E)
· Coordinate with supervisors in the event re-scheduling training/tasks is necessary. (E)
· Communicate employee progress with supervisors. (E)
· Enter employee data into appropriate systems. Maintain and update data in a timely manner. (E)
· Monitor LMS process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Make suggestions for improvements. (E)
· Assist with development of training tasks. Makes suggestions for addition or editing of training. (E)
· Collaborate with system administrators to troubleshoot as necessary. (E)
· Communicate with supervisors to ensure they learn, understand and comply with systems and processes. (E)
· Maintain system for record keeping & tracking data as required by supervisor. Produce data as appropriate. (E)

· Assist with Goodwill activities, events and special projects

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
