As a leader in this role, you will assist the Program Manager in overseeing daily operations and providing direct care to residents. Compensation Package:

Hourly Rate: $20.20

Key Responsibilities:

A Residential Program Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential program. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading staff in delivering exceptional services to residents.
• Collaborating with the Program Manager to achieve program goals.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Engaging residents in activities that promote their well-being.

Qualifications:

• One year experience in a residential setting.
• Prior work experience with persons with challenging behaviors.
• Certification and license as determined by program requirements.
• Valid driver's license permitting operation of a vehicle in the State of Maine with a satisfactory driving record.
• Evidence of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• A criminal background check that meets Agency standards.
