Key Responsibilities:A Residential Program Coordinator is responsible for:- Assisting the Program Manager in leading staff in delivering exceptional services to residents.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Engaging residents in activities that promote their well-being.
- Collaborating with the Program Manager to achieve program goals.
- One year experience in a residential setting.
- Prior work experience with persons with challenging behaviors.
- Certification and license as determined by program requirements.
- Valid driver's license permitting operation of a vehicle in the State of Maine with a satisfactory driving record.
- Evidence of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
- A criminal background check that meets Agency standards.
