We are seeking a skilled Residential Program Coordinator to lead our home in Oakland, Maine. In this role, you will assist the Program Manager with operating the residential program and participate in staff management. Hourly Rate: $20.20

Key Responsibilities:

A Residential Program Coordinator is responsible for:

• Assisting the Program Manager in leading staff in delivering exceptional services to residents.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Engaging residents in activities that promote their well-being.
• Collaborating with the Program Manager to achieve program goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• One year experience in a residential setting.
• Prior work experience with persons with challenging behaviors.
• Certification and license as determined by program requirements.
• Valid driver's license permitting operation of a vehicle in the State of Maine with a satisfactory driving record.
• Evidence of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• A criminal background check that meets Agency standards.
• COVID-19 Vaccination.
