Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Ability to complete safety certification training
- Ensure all safety guidelines and procedures are followed
- Perform pre and post-operational checklists on equipment
- Learn and operate tipper
- Use a hand jack
Qualifications:
- Must be over 18 years old
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift and handle materials, push and pull up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Must pass a pre-employment background check meeting agency standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience
- First Aid or CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and follow directions with limited supervision
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including evenings, weekends, and holidays
