Join our growing dynamic team at our Franklin NH and Ashland NH office.
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
- Provide Assistance to the Office Manager.
- Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival.
- Manage Office Phone, including client phone calls and scheduling sessions.
- Respond to patients requests for service or calls within 24 -48 hours.
- Assist Office Manager verifying insurance and billing of services.
- Ability to use or learn electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
- Ability to work with all populations in a respectful manner.
- Work on Bank Reconciliation and other accounting related tasks.
- Basic Office Management Skills
- Assist Staff and clients with navigating EMR and inputing information into the computer.
Qualifications:
- Required: High School Diploma
- Strong computer and interpersonal skills
- Qualities: Reliability, dedication, and strong work ethic.
- Experience in Health Care Field
Hours:
Monday- Friday 8a-5p, with an hour lunch or 8a-4:30p with a 30min lunch, Hours can be flexible. Hybrid work from home options available.
Compensation:
$33,000 to $39,000 depending on experience and ability
3 Weeks Paid Vacations, 8 Floating Holidays
