Job Duties
- Is responsible for medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents on their household.
- Documents nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicates information to physician and other Health Team members.
- Provides direct oversight for Care Partners ensuring quality of care.
- Develops short and long term goals and Care Plans for residents.
- Must be a graduate of an approved RN or LPN program.
- Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence.
- Must have current CPR certification.
