Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance
- Handle sales tax filings and inventory costing
- Assist with month/year-end close and audit preparations
- Utilize ERP systems for process improvement
- Support accounts payable/receivable and internal controls
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA a plus)
- 1-3 years of accounting experience (CPG or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Collaborative, detail-focused, and deadline-driven
