Accounting Specialist | On-Site - Chino, CA

Bilingual Mandarin Chinese

Our client, a rapidly growing global raw ingredients distributor with an expanding U.S. presence, is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Chinese Accounting Specialist to support their financial operations. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing financial records, invoices, and payments. Assist with month-end & year-end closing. Support reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks.

Accounting Specialist Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably with industrial manufacturing or distribution industry
• Proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks & Excel
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
• CPA, EA, or other relevant certifications are a plus!
