We’re hiring an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to lead AP operations for our North division. Reporting to the Controller, you’ll ensure accurate invoice processing, compliance, and efficient workflows. If you excel in accounting and thrive in detail-oriented roles, apply today!
AP Specialist Responsibilities
- Manage AP functions, including vendor invoices and payments.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Reconcile expenses, vendor statements, and financial accounts.
- Prepare AP reports, 1099s, and maintain vendor databases.
