About The Role
As an Area Director of Sales, you will oversee sales initiatives across 10-12 extended-stay hotels within your assigned region. Youβll develop and execute strategic sales plans, build key partnerships, and provide mentorship to hotel leadership teams, ensuring maximum revenue growth and market expansion.
What Youβll Do
Lead & Develop Sales Strategies β Drive revenue growth and increase market share
Mentor & Train Teams β Provide hands-on coaching to Area and General Managers
Analyze Market Trends β Identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies
Close High-Value Deals β Assist in lead generation for SLT Leads, Lot Drives, and key clients
Execute Sales Blitzes β Support proactive market outreach for new and existing hotels
Build Key Relationships β Strengthen partnerships with corporate clients and business leaders
Monitor & Report Performance β Track sales success and present findings to senior leadership
Enhance Social Media Presence β Drive engagement to boost visibility and attract business
Foster a Winning Culture β Celebrate team successes and promote motivation
What Weβre Looking For
πΉ Bachelorβs degree preferred (Business, Hospitality, or related field)
πΉ 2 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment
πΉ Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive measurable growth
πΉ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends
πΉ Exceptional organizational & time management skills
πΉ Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills β Relationship-building is key!
πΉ Proficiency in CRM software & Microsoft Office Suite
πΉ Willingness to travel (up to 50%), including occasional weekends
