Responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce service standards with a strong focus on systems management
- Assist the General Manager with full financial responsibilities
- Act as an advocate for your team, fostering a problem-solving and supportive culture
- Stay knowledgeable about ingredients, wine, and beverage programs
- Engage with guests and lead by example in the dining room
- 5 years of restaurant management experience
- At least 2 years in a high-volume upscale dining environment
- Passion for leadership, team development, and exceptional guest service
