Assistant General Manager Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in restaurants or retail. The ideal candidate has experience with 2M in sales or higher and has food service management experience
• Strong business acumen & leadership skill set; you are someone who inspires others to be their best
• Self-motivated and works well in a less structured environment
• Ability to create a positive, productive and inclusive work environment for all employees
