Assistant Grocery Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational success.
- Oversee staffing, daily operations, and customer relations.
- Analyze sales and profit data, implementing strategies for growth.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- 4 years of grocery or retail management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a people-first mentality.
- Experience in warehouse management, P&L, and inventory control.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
- Salary: $58,000 – $65,000 up to $24,000 in annual bonuses.
