Hotel Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 5 years within a luxury hotel with 3 plus as Assistant General Manager
- Ability to motivate, develop, and create a motivated and enthusiastic team that is guest-focused
- Daily overview of the F&B departments - including conferences
