Be the Guest Experience Champion – Set the tone for exceptional service on every shift
Lead with Energy & Enthusiasm – Keep the team motivated and engaged with a hands-on, positive approach
Master the Flow – Maintain seamless communication between FOH and BOH teams
Stay Organized & On Top of Inventory – Know your stock, keep things running smoothly
Grow & Excel – Bring at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager (bonus points for beverage expertise!)
