We are looking for a confident, people-oriented Bar Manager to lead our bartender team.
Bar Manager Benefits & Compensation Details
- 75% of benefits paid
- Discretionary bonus paid annually
- Hybrid salary bar shifts and tips
- 2 weeks of paid vacation
- 401K
- 2 days off
- Bar scheduling, training, hiring, standards, liquor ordering, and inventory
- 3 years experience leading a casual dining or upscale casual restaurant team
- $4M in restaurant bar sales volume experience
- Experience with vendor relations and developing promotional offerings
