BOH Assistant Manager Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen management role.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, teamwork, and quality standards.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and sanitation.
- Experience in inventory management, ordering, and operational efficiency.
- Hands-on problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
