General Manager Benefits

General Manager Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and schedule hotel staff.
• Develop guest loyalty and maintain excellent customer relations.
• Must have a deep love for hospitality and hosting guests.
• Ability to coordinate hotel initiatives and special events across departments.
• Required to motivate team and drive sales year round.
  
  

General Manager Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of Rooms management experience in a hotel.
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends & holidays.
• Must reside in Miami-Dade County.
• Must be a "jack of all trades", problem solver, take-ownership person with a never-say-die attitude.
• F&B management experience is a plus.
• Must have experience creating and updating SOPs and systems.
