Business Development Manager Requirements

• Proven track record in business development/territory management within insurance
• 5 years commercial P&C experience
• Experience selling into insurance brokers (with current relationships)
• Ability to travel 25-50%
  
  

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

• Identify and target insurance brokers
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within territory
• Collaborate with underwriters to generate revenue with targeted brokers and agencies
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, product demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers
