This role is ideal for a CPA with a strong background in personal tax planning and tax accounting, who excels in managing complex financial scenarios and supporting the delivery of tax-efficient strategies.

Certified Public Accountant Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Active CPA required
• Review and analyze tax documents in detail for client portfolios
• Assist relationship managers with client communication and offer tax-related insights
• Lead and contribute to internal seminars focused on knowledge building
• Collaborate with other trusted professionals, such as estate attorneys, to create cohesive client strategies
• 3–5 years of experience in personal tax preparation, ideally within an accounting firm
• Deep knowledge of personal and small business tax, wealth transfer, and tax-efficient cash flow planning
• Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience in leadership or managerial roles
• Series 65 or 66 license (preferred)
