CNC Machine Operator – Precision Machining
Location: Easton, PA | Pay: $21 - $28/hr Year-End Bonus | Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6 AM - 2:30 PM
We’re looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Easton, PA. In this role, you’ll set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality metal components for products like monitor mounts and POS brackets. No programming required.
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills (HAAS experience is a plus)
- Read blueprints and follow specifications for metal fabrication
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality
- Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments as needed
- Work in a clean, well-organized fabrication shop with a supportive team
- 3 years of CNC machining experience (lathe/mill operation & setup)
- Experience with metal fabrication (aluminum machining preferred)
- Strong reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
- Competitive Pay: $21 - $28/hr, based on experience
- Full Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Year-End Bonus for completing a full year of service
- Monday - Friday Schedule: No weekends, 6 AM - 2:30 PM shift
- Easily commutable from Allentown, Bethlehem, Quakertown, and Phillipsburg, NJ
