- 3-5 years of CNC machining experience (preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Proficiency in operating machining centers, mills, and lathes
- Strong understanding of machine code, shop math, and trigonometric functions
- Experience with traditional and advanced inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, CMMs, etc.)
- Effective problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Set up, prove out, and edit part programs on various CNC machines
- Calculate and adjust tool speeds and feeds to optimize machining conditions
- Verify part dimensions using inspection tools, CMMs, and optical equipment
- Interpret part prints and apply Geometric Tolerancing principles
- Maintain machine fluid levels, care for equipment, and inform leadership of maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate records in JobBOSS and other documentation systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and comply with safety regulations
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and organized work environment
