We partner with a variety of sectors, including automotive, industrial, and aerospace. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on the 2nd shift. This position offers a 4-day workweek, allowing for a better work-life balance, and a stable career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate multi-spindle, bar-fed mill-turn CNC lathes to ensure the production of precision parts according to strict specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks before each shift, ensuring oil, lubricants, and coolant levels are adequate, and perform warm-up cycles to maintain optimal machine performance.
• Perform first article inspections, document part dimensions for compliance with quality standards, and use micrometers, calipers, and other tools to verify part specifications.
  
  

CNC Machinist Requirements

• Strong skills in reading and writing M & G codes, with experience setting up and operating CNC lathes and making adjustments as needed.
• Ability to consistently produce parts within specifications, ensuring quality using various measurement instruments, and conducting first article inspections.
• Must have experience working with twin spindle machines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, possess strong problem-solving skills, and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
