A successful insurance agency seeks a full time remote Producer to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Use a variety of prospecting techniques to develop new sales
Offer exceptional customer support to existing clients
Market new and existing policies with represented carriers
Requirements
Active P&C license
Sales experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Compensation and Benefits:
Fully remote!
Starting salary while growing your business
40% commission on new business, 30% on renewals
25% commission on first year life/health business
