General Manager Responsibilities
- Lead with Vision: Oversee sales, operations, and installation teams of up to 25 employees, inspiring excellence and growth.
- Be Hands-On: Provide onsite and in-office leadership to drive performance and achieve goals.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with central office stakeholders in Texas on strategy and growth initiatives.
- Ignite Growth: Implement community marketing and advertising efforts that drive sales and build strong customer relationships.
- Leadership Experience: 3 years in a similar management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in tools like MS Office, ArcSite, and Stack.
- Relationship Builder: Masterful at growing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Bilingual Spanish: Essential for fostering team communication and connecting with our diverse clientele.
- CDL License Preferred: A plus for operational flexibility.
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $70,000 plus great on-target earnings based on 2024 performance.
