Compliance Director Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, accounting, or related business fields
- 3 years leading compliance and 3 years leadership experience
- Through understanding of key regulations: FCRA, Regulation B, FDCPA, etc.
- Strong understanding of the banking industry
- Stay relevant with lending regulations and ensure company-wide compliance
- Develop compliance policies and procedures
- Consultation services regarding lending to business units, review departmental processes, training and development
- Identify gaps through internal reviews and drive change management initiatives
- Great Salary: up to $110,000/yr
