We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Culinary Facility Chef Assistant to ensure that our facility runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional who wants to learn and excel in leadership and operational management within the culinary world.
Culinary Facility Chef Assistant Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with the Head Chefs in the day-to-day operations of the culinary facility, ensuring seamless workflows across all areas.
- Willing to work some nights and Saturdays for events
- Ensure the facility, equipment, and tools are maintained, sanitized, and fully operational.
- Support chefs, culinary staff, or external clients using the facility.
- Manage inventory, food orders, and stock levels, ensuring proper organization and minimizing waste.
- Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and maintenance for facility equipment as needed.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment, emphasizing teamwork, respect, and communication.
