Overview :
Join our team as a Customer Care Specialist , managing order fulfillment and logistics while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves processing orders, coordinating shipments, handling freight claims, and providing top-tier support to customers and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process orders, returns, credits, invoicing, and customer inquiries
- Ensure accurate freight logistics, including carrier selection, shipping setups, and cost savings
- Maintain and update customer accounts in the ERP system
- Build strong customer relationships and support sales representatives
- Coordinate drop shipments and manage purchase orders with vendors
- Partner with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Proactively communicate strategies and resolve order or support issues
