Director Of Banquets Requirements And Responsibilities

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role
• Luxury resort or hotel experience preferred
• Collaborative leadership style to foster team success
• Oversee event logistics and adhere to timelines
• Conduct regular department meetings to ensure alignment
