Director of Business Development – Higher Education Contract Food Services

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve growth objectives.
- Build and maintain a 3-year prospecting pipeline using CRM tools.
- Analyze RFPs/RFIs to assess financial viability and business alignment.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Leverage market research to enhance sales processes and identify new opportunities.
- Attend client meetings, build strong relationships, and cultivate long-term partnerships.
- 5 years of consultative sales experience, with at least 3 years in contract food service for Higher Education institutions.
- A passion for people-first customer service and relationship management.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience developing proformas and analyzing RFPs/RFIs.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
