Director Of Continuous Improvement Responsibilities

• Analyze data to reduce waste and improve processes
• Work alongside the team to connect strategy to action to dollars
• Train and coach on Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques
• Ensure the utilization of the shop floor data collection system

Director Of Continuous Improvement Requirements

• Experience with QAD Redzone Workforce Software
• 5 years leading Lean efforts for a manufacturing company
• Demonstrated success using OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
