- 10 years of Food and Beverage experience with multi-outlet Resorts or High-end hotels
- 5 years of experience as Executive Chef or Culinary Director in $10M environments
- Experience with fine dining, high volume casual dining, and grab-and-go outlets
- Experience with Banquets, high-end, and large scale
- Experience concepting or re-concepting outlet, including menu design, recipe design, and providing a vision for the guest experience. New Restaurant opening a plus.
- Work directly with GM, Director of Food and Beverage, ownership, and management to develop a vision for the culinary program
- Develop all menus and recipes, train culinary management team to execute consistently
- Manage a team of managers in the culinary department
