This position is for relocation to the coast of Georgia. All candidates must be able to relocate to the Georgia coast. Resort hotel needs a strong Culinary Director that is a true agent of change. We need a confident leader that can usher efficiency and experience to a multi-outlet, resort environment with unparalleled opportunities.

Resort Culinary Director Qualifications/Responsibilites

• 10 years of Food and Beverage experience with multi-outlet Resorts or High-end hotels
• 5 years of experience as Executive Chef or Culinary Director in $10M environments
• Experience with fine dining, high volume casual dining, and grab-and-go outlets
• Experience with Banquets, high-end, and large scale
• Experience concepting or re-concepting outlet, including menu design, recipe design, and providing a vision for the guest experience. New Restaurant opening a plus.
• Work directly with GM, Director of Food and Beverage, ownership, and management to develop a vision for the culinary program
• Develop all menus and recipes, train culinary management team to execute consistently
• Manage a team of managers in the culinary department
