Food And Beverage Director Qualifications

• Able to create and drive internal marketing efforts and ensure a flow of delightful offerings
• Able to ensure high guest satisfaction as well as team satisfaction goals and benchmarks
• Able to analyze P&L, cash flow, inventory, wastage, and purchasing yields and provide insights
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members from entry level to professional level
• A true heart for the elderly and a true heart for mentoring and developing teams
• High-volume experience in upscale setting with 10 years or more of progressive growth in the field
  
  

Food And Beverage Director Responsibilities

• Full financial accountability for the division
• Responsible for the dining experience of residents, visitors, and employees
• Constant relationship building with all stakeholders and residents
• Drive strategy for improvements both in quality and financial performance
• Ensure cohesive teams and high team member retention
