Director Of Housekeeping Requirements & Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the housekeeping staff to ensure the highest level of service
• 3 years of previous experience in full-service hotel housekeeping at an Executive Housekeeping level
• Exceptional attention to detail, safety, cleanliness, and passion for hospitality
• Effective and clear communication skills
• Contagious, friendly, and positive can-do attitude!
• Supportive leader with a Servant Leadership mentality to take care of the staff
• Manage, hire, train, schedule, and motivate a great group of housekeepers and attendants
