Responsibilities For The Director Of Insurance Technology

• Lead a software development team
• Develop processes and standards and ensure excellent delivery of products
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and drive successful outcomes
• Manage full-time engineers and third-party vendors/service providers
• Be willing to jump in and roll your sleeves up when needed
• Occasionally participate in direct production and coding
  
  

Qualifications For The Director Of Insurance Technology

• Minimum of 12 years of software engineering experience, with five years in a leadership role
• Back End/Full-Stack experience, with cloud native/Serverless architecture
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable in dynamic environments
• Ability to foster an environment of collaboration, ownership, and innovation
• Experience in the P&C Commercial Insurance industry is a huge plus
