Director Of Life Enrichment Responsibilities

• Coordinate with residents to plan and manage all social events and activities monthly
• Coordinate with other departments to make sure events are doable, make sense and are in budget
• Conduct Lifestyle meetings to maintain open communication with family, team and residents
• Assist with social media, Instagram and other promotion of events for community
• Create and maintain a motivating environment that encourages involvement, imagination and enjoyment
  
  

Director Of Life Enrichment Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with independent living lifestyle enrichment
• Positive, energetic personality with problem solving skills and ability to motivate and encourage
• Current Clean TDL
• Detail oriented and ability to plan, execute, manage major events with decor, food, vendors, etc
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a team
• Ability to manage a budget
