Lead & Develop - Oversee nursing services, staff performance, and care quality
Ensure Compliance - Stay ahead of regulations, surveys, and care plans

Promote Quality Care - Conduct rounds, ensure compassionate patient care, and drive continuous improvement
DON Requirements :
Current RN License in Texas (Unrestricted)
3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or similar setting ( DON experience preferred )
Passion for long-term care and working with seniors
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectively
Knowledge of nursing regulations, compliance, and best practices
