Director Of Operations Objectives/Qualifications

• Collaborate with leadership on development and growth plans
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
• Work closely with ownership on new initiatives and projects
• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
• 5-10 years in a senior leadership role
