• 5 years leading full-service, multi-unit operations ($25M )
• Expertise in beer, wine, and spirits
• Strong financial acumen & P&L management
• Proven coach/mentor with a positive leadership style
• Experience with seasonal businesses
• J1/H2V visa experience is a plus!
