Key Qualifications For Director Of Sales

• 7 years in sales leadership, preferably in restaurant equipment, foodservice, or other B2B industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-achieving sales teams.
• Skilled in developing partnerships with major clients and creating new business relationships, with a strong focus on delivering tailored solutions.
• Proven experience in designing sales strategies aligned with company goals for sustainable growth.
• History of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with an ability to lead effectively.
• Proficient in analyzing sales data, tracking market trends, and using customer feedback to inform strategic planning and increase revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic, long-term focus.
• Collaborative approach, working alongside Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
