Director Of Supply Chain Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for sourcing fresh, high-quality food products that align with the restaurant's values and menu requirements.
• Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, local farmers, and distributors to ensure a consistent supply of fresh ingredients.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock for each restaurant location while minimizing waste and spoilage
• Coordinate the logistics of food deliveries to multiple locations, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
• Manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective sourcing while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
  

Director Of Supply Chain Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout local markets along with across the continental US.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the food service or restaurant industry.
• Strong understanding of fresh food sourcing, vendor management, and food safety regulations.
• Experience working with local, organic, or sustainable food sourcing.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and food supply chain systems.
• Preferred experience using MarketMan supply chain software
• Experience with branding, packaging and labeling
• A passion for fresh, high-quality food and sustainability practices.,
• Ability to work effectively with restaurant management teams and external vendors.
